2 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar

1 Mince onion, ginger; Wash and cut meat into strips, put soy sauce, salt, wine, onion, ginger marinade for 2 hours;
2 Drain the marinated meat. Fry the meat in frying pan until darken;
3 Leave a little oil, then add the fried meat, add marinate sauce and a cup of water, cook low heat about half an hour, add sugar, switch to high heat to reduce the sauce (about a quarter cup of sauce). Transfer the meat into a plate and let cool. Cut into thin slices, pour in the rest of the sauce over the meat.
