Soy Sauce Watermelon Rind

Watermelon skin 1000 g
Radish 50 g
Cucumber 50 g
Garlic 5 cloves
Cooking oil 30 grams
2 tsp sesame oil
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Cooking wine 2 tsp
2 tsp salt
Sugar 1 tsp
MSG 1 tsp
1 Peel off the hard skin and remove the soft part, leaving only the light green rind layer, put out to dry;
2 Wash the dried rind and cook in boiling water briefly, remove then squeeze water, cut into pieces; cucumber slices; radish into shred;
3 Heat the oil in pot, pour the watermelon skin, cucumber and radish, stir fry, add wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and half cup of water, stir well and cook a few minutes until reduced a little, add MSG, topped with sesame oil and stir well.
Salty and sweet, delicious taste.
