Cuttlefish Salad

Material
500 grams of fresh cuttlefish
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Onion 1
1 small piece ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1. Remove cuttlefish bone, visceral, eye, ink skin and wash clean. Cut onions into sections, ginger slices, green and red peppers into strips.
2. Bring 6 cups of water in a pot to boil, add cuttlefish, cooking wine, ginger, scallion and cook for a minute. Drain and let cool after cooking.
3. Cut cuttlefish into strips, put in soy sauce, sugar, salt and marinate for 10 minutes, add sesame oil and seasoning.
