Material
Conch 500 grams
3 cloves garlic
1 Onion
1 small piece ginger
1 cilantro
2 teaspoon peanut oil
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon
balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1.
Take the meat out of conch,
wash away the mucus with vinegar, cut
into thin slices.
Boil in water.
Wash    and
cut cilantro    into
sections;
   2. Cut
garlic and half of   
the onion    and   
ginger    into
small pieces,
   mix
   with
oyster sauce,    soy   
sauce.    Cut
the rest of onion and ginger into thin strips.   
3.
   Mix the sauce with   
the conch slice, sprinkle with    cilantro,   
onions    and
   ginger   strips.
Heat the peanut oil and p   our
   on the dish   .
