Pan-fried Cod

Material
Cod 800 grams
Onion 2
1 small piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
Corn starch
Note: Ingredients may be adjusted
Seasoning
Cooking oil 50 grams
Half tablespoon soy sauce
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tsp sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Clean cod then rob salt in to marinate for 5 minutes. Coat with starch. Chop onion, ginger, garlic, pepper mince;
2 Put oil in frying pan. Fry cod until golden on both sides;
3 Leave small amount of oil. Stir in onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, MSG, starch, water into sauce and pour over the fish.
