Spicy Clam

Clam 600 grams
1 small piece ginger
Garlic 6 cloves
Dried chili peper 3
Cooking oil 30 grams
1 tablespoon chili oil
2 tsp soy sauce
Half tablespoon cooking wine
2 tsp tomato paste
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
1 Mince ginger, garlic; Wash peppers and cut into sections;
2 Saute with oil the ginger, garlic, pepper, then add pepper, oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, pour in the clam fast stir fry evenly until all clams open up.
Sweet and sour taste, fresh and spicy.

After fix the seasoning, you can steam the clam. It will taste very good also.
