1 Wash the shrimp drain the water, mix salt, pepper, egg white marinate for 10 minutes; wash bok choy;
2 Add a little salt in boiling water, boil mushroom for a couple of minutes, remove and rinse. Peel carrots and then slice;
3 Heat oil to 70% hot, fry the shimp for a few minutes then drain oil;
