Green Peas Shrimp

Shrimp 400 grams
Green beans 75 grams
1 egg
1 red pepper
Corn starch
Cooking oil 30 grams
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Wash and drain shrimp, add egg white, salt and mix well, then add the starch stir well; cut red pepper into rings;
2 Heat oil till the 60% hot. Stir fry shrimp for a couple of minutes then picked up;
3 Heat a little oil in pan, stir the beans, then put in the shrimp, red pepper, MSG, cooking wine, stir fry, top with sesame oil before done.
Shrimp smooth, light taste.
★ cooks tips
In step one, do not make starch too thick. It will otherwise affect the taste.
