Crispy Shrimp Balls

Oil 500 grams
(Actual consumption of 60 grams)
Pork fat 50 grams
2 tsp salt
Half tsp sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Shrimp 400 grams
Water chestnuts, 100 grams
Toast 5
Vermicelli 5 grams
Bread crumbs 300 grams
Corn flour 50 grams
Corn starch
1 Chop shrimp, water chestnuts, pork fat, then mix sugar, salt, corn flour, starch, monosodium glutamate. Shape into ball;
2 Trim the toast edge and cut into small pieces, mix with bread crumbs, then roll the shrimp balls to form even coat;
3 Heat oil with low head and put in shrimp balls, fried over low heat a few minutes, turn to high heat until golden brown. Fry vermicelli using the remaining oil, put on fried shrimp balls.
Golden in color, tender and tasty.
