Fried Pork Rib

Seasoning
Oil 500 g
(Actual consumption of 30 grams)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Milk 1 tsp
1 teaspoon salt
Half tsp sugar
Material
Ribs 500 grams
1 small piece ginger
1 tablespoon starch
Method
1 Wash and cut ribs into pieces; Tenderize using meat mallet or back of knife; Mince the ginger;
2 Mix soy sauce, salt, ginger, wine, milk, sugar, starch, water; Marinate pork ribs for 30 minutes;
3 Heat oil in pan to 70% hot, deep fry the pork ribs until golden.
