Dongpo Pork Leg

Pork leg 1 (about 500 grams)
Snow soybean 50 grams
Green onion 1
1 small piece ginger
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tsp salt
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Clean the leg and cut along the bone, cook in water until cook through, separate the bone from meat; cut onions into sections and ginger slices;
2 Put bone and meat in clay pot and pour in the soup from step 1; add in onions, ginger, cooking wine to bring boil;
3 Wash the soybean and add in pot, use low heat and simmer for 3 hours until tender; add in salt, MSG and serve.
Great pork flavor, aroma.

After cooking, you can keep the meat soaked for some time to improve the flavor.
