Salt and Pepper Tenderloin

Loin 100 g
1 egg
Corn starch
Cooking oil 500 g
(Actual fuel consumption of 50 grams)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp MSG
1 Loin washed and cut into thick slices, beat with meat mallet;
2 Beat egg into loin, add starch and mix well;
3 Heat pot of oil, hot oil till 60%, tenderloin deep fry golden color picked up the pot the remaining oil into the basin;
