Moo Shu Pork

Seasoning
Cooking oil 60 g
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
Material
150 grams of lean meat
2 eggs
Cucumber 50 g
5 g dried mushrooms
5 g dried lily
Onion 1
1 small piece ginger
Preparation
1 Cut the lean meat slices; Beat eggs into the bowl;
2 Soak dried mushrooms, dried lily with warm water for 10 minutes, cut the roots; Wash cucumbers cut into diagonal sections first then cut into diamond shaped piece; Cut onions, ginger to thin strips;
3 Heat oil in wok and scramble the eggs, remove into a dish;
4 Heat oil in wok, stir fry the meat with hight heat until turning light brown; add onion, ginger and stir for 3 minutes, add wine, soy sauce, salt, stir well and add mushrooms, lily, cucumber and egg stir for a couple of minutes. Add sesame oil to complete.

★ Chefs tips
Do not use too much oil for the meat. Use high heat with less oil for better taste.
