Sesame Lamb Kebab
Lamb 300 g
Fried white sesame seeds 10 g
1 small piece ginger
Bamboo Sticks 8

Oil 500 g

Half tsp sesame oil
Half tablespoon cooking wine
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon MSG
1 Cut lamb to small pieces; Wash and chop ginger, garlic, onions;
