Beer Beef Stew

Beef 300 g
Carrots 50 g
Onion 25 g
1 small piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
Cooking oil 30 g
2 tsp soy sauce
8 tablespoons beer
1 tsp pepper
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
1 teaspoon salt
Half tsp sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Wash and cut carrots, onions into pieces; Cut ginger to slices; Crash garlic with knife;
2 Cut beef into small pieces. Boil in water then remove and wash away the floating foam;
3 Heat oil in pan and stir fry ginger, garlic, onion pieces. Then add tomato sauce, beef, soy sauce, sugar, beer to bring to boil. Add carrots, pepper, salt, MSG. Pour into the clay pot, low heat and stew for 30 minutes.
Fragrant, tender and delicious.
★ Chef's Tips
Beef stew with beer instead of water, beef will be more tender.
