Beef 250 g
Tomatoes 400 g
Onion 2
1 small piece ginger
2 cloves garlic
Corn starch
Oil 500 g

1 tsp soy sauce
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
1 teaspoon salt
Tsp sugar
MSG tsp
1 Cut beef into slices, add soy sauce, oil, water, starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour; Wash and cut tomatoes into cubes; Wash and chop onions, ginger, garlic;
2 Heat oil in pan to 80% hot; Fry beef until changing color;
3 Leave in base oil, add onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, stir fry about 2 minutes, add some water, salt, tomato sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate;
4 After tomatoes cooked, add beef to stir fry; Mix starch in water and mix in with beef.
