Method
1 Cook beef in boiling water until 70% done, remove and cut into square; Cut carrot, white radish into pieces; Clean onions, ginger, garlic;
2. Heat oil in pan, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, pork stock, peanut butter, dried chili, stir fry, add broth, onions, ginger, garlic, strawberry, aniseed, bay leaves, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, boil, then add beef, carrot, radish, stew until soft.
