Walnut Chicken

Chicken breasts 300 g
Walnut 100 g
1 red pepper
Onion 1
1 small piece ginger
Corn starch
Oil 500 g
(Actual consumption of 40 grams)
2 tsp cooking wine
2 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Wash and dice the chicken breasts; Mix in salt, wine, water, starch and mix well; Cut red pepper slices; Chop onions, ginger mince; Fry the walnut with low heat then remove;
2 Mix wine, salt, pepper, MSG, water, starch and turned into the sauce;
3 Heat oil to 60% hot; Stir in the chicken until cooked remove and drain;
4 Leave some oil, saute onion and ginger, pour in chicken, peppers, walnuts and the sauce, stir well and serve.
Walnut crispy, chicken smooth and delicate.
★ Chefs tips
Use low heat to fry walnut, or else walnut is not crispy.
