Mushrooms Steamed Quail

Quail 400 g
Mushrooms 15 g
Dates 10 g
Wolfberry 5 g
Onion 3
1 small piece ginger
Corn starch
Cooking oil 8 g
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Wash and cut quail to pieces, slice mushrooms, Soak red dates through, Wash wolfbery, Cut ginger slices, green onions sections;
2 Mix the quail with cooking oil, salt, MSG, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper powder, sesame oil, ginger, scallion, starch and mix well, put into a plate; Sprinkle mushrooms, red dates, wolfberry on top;
3 Heat the steamer to boil, put in quail dish to steam over high heat for 8 minutes, remove and serve.
Nutritious, mushroom flavored tender meat.

When steaming with high heat, do not interrupt or open the cover so as not to affect food quality.
