Jade Palace Ginger Snake

Live snakes 1 (about 750 grams)
Green Onion 2
Corn starch

Seasoning
Oil 800 g

Method
1 Wash and cut snake into 2 inch segments; Cook 1 nimute in boiling water; Cut green onions small pieces;
2 Heat oil to 70% hot, Fry the snake briefly, drain out;
