Fried Bamboo Shoots

300 g of fresh bamboo shoots
Toona 150 g
1 egg
Corn starch
Oil 300 g
(Actual consumption of 50 grams)
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
1 Briefly cook fresh bamboo shoots in boiling water then wash with cold water; Cut into slices;
2 Chop toona, mix with salt, cooking wine to marinate, add eggs, starch to mix into batter;
3 Heat oil in pan; Dip bamboo shoots in batter and fry in oil until cook through and drain;
4 Leave oil in pan, add the fried bamboo shoots, add salt, MSG, pepper, stir well.
