Corn kernels 400 g
Pine nuts 100 g
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Cooking oil 15 g
1 teaspoon salt
3 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon MSG
1 Cut red pepper into dice, onion mince; Boil corn kernels in boiling water for 4 minutes, remove and drain;
2 Heat oil in pan, add pine nuts, fry until turning golden. Always shake pan or stir with a spatula, to avoid uneven color;
3 Put cooked pine nuts in a plate to let cool;
4 Leave oil in pan and saute green onion first, then add corn kernels, pepper and pine nut and stir-fry for 2 minutes; Add salt and sugar;
5 Cover and cook briefly; If too dry, add a small amount of water along the edge, sprinkled with MSG and stir well.
Fresh and tasty, crispy sweet and tender.
★ Chefs tips
This dish is best to use soft bags of sweet corn kernels. Green pepper should not be hot, or it will ruin the taste.
