Fluffy Scrambled Egg

3 eggs
Seasoning
Oil 300 g
(Actual consumption of 30 grams)
Half tsp salt
Half tsp sugar
Preperation
1 Beat eggs and mix in sugar, salt;
2 Heat oil; Pour egg slowly filter through a skimmer, shake gently to fry evenly;
3 Fry about 1 minute, then remove and drain to serve with rice.
