Crispy Egg Fu Yung

4 eggs
Dried Shrimp 20 g
Ham 10 g
Green Onion 1
3 cloves garlic
Cooking oil 25 g
1 teaspoon chili oil
Half tsp salt
1 Add a little salt to egg white; Beat the egg white to become form;
2 Heat oil in pan; Fry the egg white into cotton-like shape, remove to plate;
3 Soak dried shrimps in water until soft, Chop the shimp and ham; Chop garlic and onion;
4 Heat a little oil, saute garlic and dried shrimps, then add onion and ham; Season with salt, and finally topped with chili oil; Pour on top of egg white.

Dried shrimps and ham are salty, reduce the salt when seasoning.
