Peanut Pork Feet Pot

Pig Feet 150 g
Peanuts 50 grams
Green Onion 2
Ginger 1
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon MSG
1 Wash and chop pork feet into pieces; Wash and cut ginger fluff;
2 Add water to pot and bring to boil, add ginger, scallions, cooking wine, pork feets boil briefly and remove;
3 Put water in clay pot and add pork feet, peanuts, ginger, onion, water, simmer for about 3 hours;
4 Add salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, remove the ginger, scallions and serve.

Skim out the blood form when boil pork feet, or broth is not clear.

Peanuts storage
Wash and drain peanuts, bake evenly mix with fine salt and allspice, then spread out to dry, and then into a plastic bag or other sealed container. Peanuts can be stored for 1-2 years without deterioration.
