Cuttlefish Pork Rib Soup

Material
Pork Ribs 400 g
50 grams dried cuttlefish
1 small piece ginger
Seasoning
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Wash the ribs cut into pieces; Soak dried squid until soft; Remove bone and cut to slices; Wash and cut ginger;
2 Boil water, add rib and cuttlefish pieces; Simmer for 10 minutes, picked up;
3 Add water in clay pot, put in ribs, cattlefish pieces, ginger, simmer over low heat for 2 hours, add salt and MSG.
