Curry Seafood Fried Rice

Rice 300 g
Shrimp 50 g
Scallops 50 g
1 egg
Carrots 12 g
White Onion 12 g
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Cooking oil 20 g
1 teaspoon curry powder
Half tsp salt
Half tsp sugar
1 Cut shrimp, scallop, carrot, onion, pepper into dice;
2 Boil the above ingredients into boiling water, Remove immediately after boiling and drain;
3 Heat oil in pan, saute the onion, add beaten eggs;
4 Heat oil in pan; stir fry the rice until loose, add all ingredients and all the seasonings and stir well.
