Scrambled Egg Shrimp Risotto

Material
White rice 300 g
Shrimp 200 g
1 egg
Green Onion 2
Corn starch
Seasoning
Cooking oil 20 g
Half tsp salt
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Wash and devein shrimp; Beat eggs; clean and chop onion;
2 Heat oil in pan, stir in the shrimp, salt, monosodium glutamate, then add water to boil, thicken with starch, then stir in egg, pour over white rice, sprinkled the green onion.
Features:
Fresh light, smooth and delicious.
★ Chefs tips
Do not put in to much starch; Use low heat when put in the egg, gently stir and then pour over the rice.
