Shrimp Porridge

Rice, 150 grams
Shrimp 300 g
Green Onion 1
A little ginger
Oil 5 g
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon salt
Half tsp sugar
1 Wash the rice, mix with a little oil; wash and cut ginger shredded, cut green onion to small pieces;
2 Devein shrimp, add ginger, sugar, salt, pepper, a little salt to marinate;
3 Add water and bring to boil, turn to low heat and simmer about 30 minutes;
4 Add shimp and cook through;
5 Add salt, pepper, sprinkle with green onion and serve.

You can add some fish sauce or shrimp sauce if you like.
