Noodles 200 g
Cucumber 30 g
Carrots 30 g
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame butter (or peanut butter)
1 teaspoon salt
1 Wash, peel and cut cucumber, carrots into shred, boil in water then drain;
2 Put sesame butter in a bowl, add salt, sesame oil, mix in cold water to make into sauce;
3 Cook noodles util soft, remove and wash with cold water and drain;
4 Mix noodles with sauce, add carrots, cucumber and mix well and serve.
Tasty, cool and refreshing.

When eating noodles, add 1 teaspoon vinegar to make them more refreshing.
