1 tsp sesame oil
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
Half teaspoon sugar
1. Tie up the legs and claws of crabs using strings; chop onions, ginger mince;
2. Mix green onion, ginger, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil into dips;
3. Steam the crabs in the steamer for 8 to 10 minutes, loose the string and serve.
