Five Spice Donkey Meat

Seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp salt
Crystal sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Material
Donkey meat 350 g
2 grams of dried tangerine peel
Tsaoko 2 g
Geraniol 1 g
Cinnamon 2 g
Aniseed 2 g
Cloves 1 g
Preparation
1. Clean donkey meat; Wash and drain spices;
2. Add water to the pot, mix in salt, MSG, soy sauce, sugar, bring to boil, then add orange peel, and other spices and cook for 30 minutes or so;
3. Add in donkey meat and cook through. You can slice the meat to serve as appetizer or stir fry using fresh pepper.
